• uploaded content, such as photos, logos, generated social images, filenames, alt text, and image metadata needed to store and display your page;
• product choices, such as selected themes, colours, fonts, hidden sections, preview settings, and dashboard actions; and
• technical and security information, such as IP address-derived rate-limit records, browser and device details, server logs, session data, upload tokens, login tokens, and verification tokens.

How We Use Information

We use information to create, save, preview, publish, update, export, hide, or delete your page; send verification and sign-in emails; provide support; review pages for abuse or quality issues; protect the service from misuse; maintain site security; troubleshoot delivery and upload issues; and improve the guided page-building experience.

Public Page Content

Content you publish to a Run Coach Run page may be visible publicly at a URL such as runcoachrun.com/@username or a connected custom domain. Public content can include your page text, images, location, links, social profiles, and contact details. Public pages may be shared, indexed by search engines, cached, or copied by others.

Browser Storage And Cookies

Run Coach Run uses essential browser storage and cookies to remember choices, keep you signed in during a session, protect forms, store builder drafts, support previews and uploads, and remember whether you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use advertising cookies in this version.

Email And Messages

We may send service emails about verification, sign-in links, page status, support, and operational notices. These are needed to run the service. We do not sell your email address.

Your Choices

You can edit, hide, export, or delete your page from the owner dashboard where those controls are available. You can also ask for help correcting or deleting account and page information by emailing support@avallach.com. Some records may need to be kept for security, abuse prevention, legal, or backup reasons.

Children

Run Coach Run is intended for adults creating pages for their own coaching, club, group, or fundraising activities. Do not publish personal information about children unless you have the right permissions and it is safe and appropriate to do so.

We may update this policy as Run Coach Run changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
