Last updated: June 6, 2026. These terms explain the rules for using Run Coach Run to create, preview, publish, edit, and manage a starter website.
By using Run Coach Run, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a coach, club, group, fundraiser, business, or organisation, you confirm that you have permission to do that on its behalf.
Run Coach Run helps running coaches, clubs, groups, and fundraisers create a simple web presence. The current service includes guided setup, in-place editing, page previews, email verification, publishing at a Run Coach Run URL, image uploads, owner dashboard controls, and selected admin review tools.
You are responsible for the information, images, contact details, links, names, logos, testimonials, claims, and other content you add to Run Coach Run. You should only add content that you own or have permission to use, and you must keep public information accurate and up to date.
You keep ownership of your content. By adding content to Run Coach Run, you give Avallach Technology a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize, process, display, publish, back up, and transmit that content as needed to provide and operate the service.
You must provide a valid email address when creating or managing a page. Run Coach Run may require email verification before a page becomes public. Sign-in and verification links are for your use only and may expire or be limited for security reasons.
Preview pages are intended for review before publishing. Public pages may be visible at runcoachrun.com/@username or, where supported, a connected custom domain. Run Coach Run does not guarantee search engine placement, traffic, bookings, donations, enquiries, race entries, or other outcomes from a published page.
You must not use Run Coach Run to:
Avallach Technology may review, hide, suspend, remove, lock, or refuse to publish pages or accounts when needed to protect users, comply with the law, resolve operational issues, prevent abuse, or enforce these terms. We may also remove inactive, incomplete, or abandoned pages where it is reasonable to do so.
Uploaded images may be resized, optimised, moved, or deleted as part of normal service operation. Your page may contain links to external services such as booking tools, social networks, donation pages, community platforms, maps, email tools, and training platforms. Run Coach Run is not responsible for third-party sites, services, fees, outages, policies, or content.
The current starter page offer is free. Avallach Technology may add, change, limit, pause, or discontinue features, including future paid upgrades, custom-domain support, extra pages, analytics, support options, or care services. Any paid services may have additional terms presented before purchase.
Run Coach Run provides website-building tools. It does not provide coaching, medical, legal, financial, fundraising, tax, safety, or professional advice. You are responsible for the services, events, coaching, fundraising, claims, and links you promote on your page.
Run Coach Run is provided on an as-available basis. We try to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free operation, or that every draft, upload, preview, email, or published page will always be available. Keep your own copies of important content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avallach Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, bookings, donations, or opportunities arising from your use of Run Coach Run. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms as Run Coach Run changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
